The hotel is conveniently located at the top of a hill, in close proximity to the sanctuary and just a short walk from the Basilica. The rooms were fairly basic but adequate, directly on Rue Massabiele, although ours on the 7th floor had a sloping roof. The service was very professional and accommodating, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience offered a buffet with a variety of choices, though not very kind for pilgrimage groups.
